Body in Motion 5km Fun Run 2010

This year Body in Motion is delighted to lend our support along with the Carrington Club to “The Hengistbury Hundred”. A fun run for novice runners, experienced runners or those that would like to just run hundred steps and walk the rest!

Get the kids involved, the spouse or a couple of friends and set aside Sunday 18th July 2010 for your July fitness goal- 5km fun run.

Where:
Starts Boscombe Pier Approach. The route is flat along the seafront promenade. It starts at the east side of Boscombe Pier and ends at Hengistbury Head. Run to the end of the promenade with just a few paces up to the finish on the grass area that is adjacent to the coast road.

Parking is clearly signposted and is available on the street or car parks at both the start and the finish.

When:
Sunday 18th July 2010, 9am

Registration starts 8:30am

Children are very welcome but MUST be accompanied by adults.

Fees:
Entry fee is only £5 for adults; £2.50 children

(Please register in advance, if you register on the day, the entry fee is £10.)

There is no minimum sponsorship but we are asking you to raise as much as you can to make a difference to the lives of visually impaired people in Dorset.

Please raise as much as you can and remember to ask sponsors to gift aid if they are UK taxpayers.
