This tough 12k follows beautiful coastal tracks and sandy beaches and enjoys stunning views of Brownsea Island, Old Harry Rocks and, on a clear day, the Isle of Wight. The course is off-road with the exception of two road crossings. The reassuring flat and picturesque location can be deceiving, as a challenging sandy stretch to the finish line will be a drain on reserves.

Join us on the beach for the 2010 Studland Stampede. The race starts and finishes on the sand next to the National Trust Studland Visitors Centre (Knoll Beach car park, Studland Bay, Dorset)

I am over 18 years old on race day and am an amateur athlete. I am medically fit to run. I agree
to abide by the rules of the race and also accept that the organisers shall be in no way
